Fashion Cuisine course is designed for those, who like cooking or want to learn how to cook the dished from various cuisines of the world. Professional Chef, the winner of international contests Alexander Kozodoy will reveal the secrets of culinary masterpieces for you. And then, you will not have to be astonished, when you are in a restaurant, as you will know how to cook meat, fish, and desserts by yourself and moreover - to original recipes from RBIM Chef.

The main qualities for a real cookery specialist are courage, creative designer’s approach to everyday dishes, and of course resourcefulness. In the Training Restaurant you will make the dishes belonging to European, Japanese, and Italian cuisine, and will be able to regale your loved ones with these dishes. Upon completion of the course you will be able to create culinary masterpieces, decorate and serve the dishes at home. 

Japanese cuisine 
Fundamentals of cooking sushi, rolls, soups, salads and hot dishes of Japanese cuisine at home.

European cuisine 
Fundamentals of the French and Italian cuisine, basic methods and techniques of cooking at home. Décor and service – soups, hors d'oeuvres, main courses.

Italian cuisine  
Different variants of making pasta. Fish and seafood. Starters and salads. Meat dishes in Italian cuisine. Classic Italian desserts.
