HR Manager today is one of the key positions in a company. Accurate selection of experts, team spirit, and comfortable microclimate in a collective depend on this specialist, and thus the efficiency of a company activities and its profit as well. No wonder that HR Manager is a person who controls people – assets of the company. Therefore an HR Manager must be both a psychologist and a teacher, an economist and a manager, a journalist and a PR expert, and even a bit of… an actor. And our students will be taught all that.

Lecturers-practitioners teach students how to form personnel resources, estimate organisation’s needs for personnel training and growth, develop course conceptions and programmes, implement management systems in crisis situations, work out new methods and technologies of performance and behaviour evaluation. By graduation, the students will have a portfolio of efficient methods necessary for effective team building at any level enterprises.

Qualified professors will open to the students technologies of HR management in present-day realities. Workshops, trainings, business games, managerial dueling, participation in projects design – all this is a practical school for a future specialist.
