Is it possible to teach, how to create? In RBIM, they teach you inspiration. To create a mood, to see the world in bright colours, and to communicate beauty and uniqueness of nature and a man – all that is within artists’ power. If you have a wish to learn the basics of drawing and painting or to deepen your skills in fine arts, we are waiting for you at the courses of drawing and painting.

In RBIM under the guidance of real masters of their craft, you will be able to obtain the ability to look at the world with the eyes of an artist, to learn the basic laws of light and shade, volume/dimensions, perspective, and colour. You will see, already in a year you will create little masterpieces with your own hands, thoughts, and feelings.

In professional artists’ studios you will master the painting techniques with the use of various materials (oil, acrylic paint, water-colour, pastel and others) and will learn the sequence of depicting various subjects. These could be still-life paintings, landscapes, portraits. Landscapes could be painted en plein air (in parks and on the streets in sunlight).

Svetlana Anatolievna Ketova, Teacher: “We teach drawing professionally! In the 1st year of study, we draw still-lives, complete creative tasks in different techniques: multilayer graphics, gel pen, scratchboard. In the 2nd year of study, we draw gypsum facial parts and then portraits”.

Alexander Parvolich Tiutiunnikov, Teacher: “Beautiful people in a beautiful institute fulfill their beautiful dreams! And the more simple people interested in arts are among us, the sooner this world will become better!”
